Entry made easy

Visas are getting simpler — we keep track for you

Rules change often. Here’s where the entry policies stand today; we re-check yours before every booking.

China

240-hour visa-free transit

Citizens of 55 eligible countries can stay up to 10 days visa-free when transiting via 65 designated ports across 24 provincial regions — enough for Zhangjiajie + Xi’an.

Thailand

Up to 30 days visa-free

The Tourist Visa Exemption Scheme lets citizens of 60+ countries and territories enter without a visa for stays of up to 30 days per visit — valid from 15 September 2026.

Vietnam

45-day visa-free & e-visa

Citizens of 13 countries enjoy 45-day visa-free stays; everyone else can use the e-visa — 90 days, multiple entry, applied online.

Entry rules depend on your nationality, passport and travel pattern — always confirm with the official embassy or immigration source before you fly. We include a personal eligibility check with every quote.

Good to know

Questions travelers ask us first

Do I need a visa for these destinations?
China currently offers 240-hour visa-free transit for citizens of 55 countries via 65 ports — enough to cover Zhangjiajie and Xi’an. Thailand grants up to 30 days visa-free to citizens of 60+ countries. Vietnam offers 45-day visa-free entry for citizens of 13 countries and a 90-day e-visa for everyone else. Your nationality changes the answer, so we run a personal eligibility check with every quote.
When is the best time to travel?
Zhangjiajie and Xi’an shine in spring (Mar–May) and autumn (Sep–Nov) — clear skies, fewer crowds. Thailand’s Andaman coast is best Nov–Apr, while Bangkok works year-round. In Vietnam, the north (Hanoi, Hạ Long) is driest Nov–Apr and central Vietnam (Hội An) is lovely Feb–Aug. We plan around weather windows and holiday crowds.
How big are the groups?
Private tours are exactly that — your party only. Join-in departures are capped at 12 travelers and typically run with 6–10, so you never wait at railings or strain to hear the guide.
What’s included in the price?
Hotels with breakfast, a licensed English-speaking guide, private transport, attraction tickets and the meals listed in your itinerary. International flights and travel insurance are separate. There are no hidden fees and no shopping stops — ever.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal and bank transfer. A small deposit (usually 20%) holds your dates; the balance is due 30 days before departure. Payment links are issued through secure gateways, and you receive an itemized receipt for every payment.
What if my plans change or I must cancel?
Date changes are free up to 21 days before departure. Cancellation is tiered by how close to departure you cancel, so the earlier you tell us, the more you keep. We also help you pick suitable travel insurance at booking.
